In our previous annual report, we shared that the Lean programme had been rolled out at Kampstaal (Emmeloord and Meppel) and Vossebelt over the preceding two years. In 2025, our divisions Nauta Heeg, Kamplacon and MF Emmen also began implementing Lean.
